Factory seconds are items that do not meet MDT aesthetic quality standards. This can range from things such as additional machine lines, scratches, and dents. Factory seconds can be newly manufactured items, over stocks, out-of-date versions, functional returns, and items that have been used for demonstration purposes. While they may not look perfect, they are guaranteed to be fully functional and are backed by our lifetime of support.
